Summary of Incident
The subjects gained entrance into the home of Betty Blair. Once inside, the subjects knocked her to the floor, tied her up, and choked the victim until her death. They burglarized the home. While fleeing in the victim's vehicle, On-Star was activated and the subjects were tracked and stopped. The police arrested the subjects and recovered some stolen items in the vehicle.
