Persich named State Counsel for Offenders director
Giustina Persich has been selected by the Texas Board of Criminal Justice as the next division director of the State Counsel for Offenders, effective October 1. She replaces Rudolph Brothers, who has retired from the agency.

TBCJ Chairman Dale Wainwright commended Persich on her selection, saying “Please join us in congratulating Ms. Persich on this new endeavor. We look forward to her continued dedication and leadership.”
